OANDA has the best spread among dealing desks for these two pairs. EUR/USD - 1.2 pips, USD/CHF - 3 pips. The other good thing about OANDA is that there is no minimum deposit. Among intrebank services those are with tightest spreads are Dukascopy and Swiss Forex.
Best spread that I have found is Dukascopy.com. 1 pip on the EUR/USD and 1 pip on the USD/CHF. The only hangup is that the minimum account size is $50,000USD.
Most of my clients and I use Interbank FX with 2 pip and 4 pip spreads. This is usually not too big of a deal for us because we tend to stay in our positions for 3 to 12 months. We are not in and out of trades incurring constant spread charges.
